HOW TO ENTER: On Friday, July 4, 2008, obtain and complete an Official “RED” Registration Form from the designated location at Centerstage, Ala Moana Center (the "mall") and submit it in the provided entry box by close of business on the same day, Friday, July 4, 2008 (each a "mall entry"). On Saturday, July 5, 2008, obtain and complete an Official “WHITE” Registration Form from the designated location at Centerstage, Ala Moana Center (the "mall") and submit it in the provided entry box by close of business on the same day, Saturday, July 5, 2008 (each a "mall entry"). On Sunday, July 6, 2008, obtain and complete an Official “BLUE” Registration Form from the designated location at Centerstage, Ala Moana Center (the "mall") and submit it in the provided entry box by close of business on the same day, Sunday, July 6, 2008 (each a "mall entry"). Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, illegible, incomplete entries or for technical problems related to, or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the Sweepstakes. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned.
DRAWING: One winner from each of the RED, WHITE and BLUE eligible mall entries will be selected for the Sweepstakes in a random drawing that will take place live on Monday, July 7, 2008 during Today's KUMU 94.7 FM’s morning radio program. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The winner will be announced on-air and notified by e-mail, phone or regular mail. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZE: For Friday, July 4, 2008’s RED giveaway, prize is (1) 42” Phillips LCD HD TV. For Saturday, July 5, 2008’s WHITE giveaway and Sunday, July 6, 2008’s BLUE giveaway, prize for each includes a Vacations Hawaii package of: two round-trip coach air tickets on nonstop Omni International charter flights between Honolulu and Las Vegas, four nights at a Sam Boyd Hotel, three meals daily for two and roundtrip Las Vegas airport transfers. At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older and a Hawaii resident or active military based in Hawaii. Guests must be 21 years or older to receive meal coupons. Travel and other components of prize are based on availability and certain restrictions, subject to blackout dates, and must be booked and completed by July 7, 2009. Airport transfers will be provided to your confirmed Sam Boyd Hotel. Outer Island charges are not included. Subject to payment of applicable taxes and fees. Current charters from Honolulu to Las Vegas depart everyday except Fridays. Deviations to the return charter dates are not allowed. Reservations must be made directly with Vacations Hawaii and offer is not combinable with any other offer, promotion or discount. A minimum of six weeks advanced reservations are recommended. All prizes awarded for Ala Moana Center’s Red, White and Blue Giveaway have a total estimated value of $5,000. The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, altered or counterfeit items. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during mall hours from July 4-6, 2008. Red forms will be accepted on Friday, July 4, 2008, white forms accepted on Saturday, July 5, 2008 and blue forms accepted on Sunday, July 6, 2008. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes related to the prize. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Each winner will have 60 days after notification to claim their prize in person with identification at Today's KUMU 94.7 FM studio. All unclaimed prizes are forfeit.
GENERAL: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with venue in Cook County, Illinois, and all claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts of Cook County, Illinois. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, by the decisions of the judge, and by Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions; (2) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and their acceptance and/or use/misuse of any prizes; and (3) to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except if winner is a resident of TN or where prohibited by law). All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and where prohibited) who are age 21 or older by July 4, 2008.
