January 1, 2012 Starting at 10am Well-known throughout Japan, Ala Moana Center invites you to visit participating merchants throughout the Center to purchase your "happy grab bags", where a merchant fills a shopping bag full of merchandise and offers it for 50% of the retail value. The tradition also brings in good luck and prosperity for all who partake in the festivities. Enjoy a taiko performance by Kenny Endo and the Taiko Center of the Pacific from 10am-12pm at Centerstage.
