These Gift Cards are available at the Customer Service Center located on the Street Level across from Centerstage. Please be advised we now only accept credit cards for Gift Card purchases. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB are welcome. We apologize, but cash, personal checks or traveler’s checks are no longer accepted. Ala Moana Center’s GGP Gift Cards are still accepted. GGP Gift Cards bought at other GGP Malls are valid at Ala Moana Center.

This mall gift card offers the gift of choice. They can be used at nearly 290 stores and restaurants throughout Ala Moana Center--it's like giving someone a shopping spree!
Gift cards purchased at Ala Moana Center also have the flexibility of being used at the following Hawaii shopping centers: Ward Centers and Windward Mall on Oahu, Hawaii malls such as the Prince Kuhio Plaza on the island of Hawaii, Whaler's Village and Queen Kaahumanu Center on Maui, and at hundreds of other GGP malls throughout the country.
There are enhanced security features to the Shop etc. gift card because the cards are issued by American Express. For example, the gift cards can be replaced if lost or stolen.
Tips when giving or using the Shop etc. Gift Card:
Know Your Balance - Similar to knowing your line of credit on debit or credit cards, it is important to know your balance when making purchases.
You can check your gift card balance in three easy ways:
1. Visit one of 11 gift card balance readers located throughout the mall
2. Call the toll-free number printed on the back of the card
3. Visit www.shopetcgiftcard.com
If you are making a purchase that exceeds the amount on the gift card, simply alert the cashiers to the amount of your balance and they can easily key in the amount.
Hold on to your gift card if there is a chance you might need to return your merchandise. Any purchases will be subject to the individual store's return policy.
If you have purchased an item with a gift card, and would like to return it, just give the cashier the empty card, and the return amount can be credited back to your gift card, or you can receive a merchandise credit to the specific store where the item was returned. Please remember that like a credit card the return amount may take up to 3 to 7 days to return to the gift card.
