Ala Moana Center Gift Cards
In response to recent customer inquiries regarding the validity of GGP Mall Gift Cards, General Growth Properties would like to provide the following clarification:
GGP Mall Gift Cards are issued by American Express. As such, American Express holds, and is responsible for, the funds available on GGP Mall Gift Cards. Therefore, GGP Mall Gift Cards will continue to be usable at merchants who accept American Express credit cards subject to the terms and conditions of the Gift Card.
What’s a one-size-fits-all that is sure to please everyone? Gift cards, of course. Now with no fees, they are available in any amount from $20 to $500, and can be used at almost all of the Center’s stores and restaurants. You can purchase gift cards using cash*, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa or JCB. Purchase at the Customer Service Center. Sorry, no phone or internet orders available within Hawaii. To order online for shipment to the U.S. mainland, go online to www.ggpgiftcard.com.

Whether you need a Center map, suggestions on which stores to visit or information on holiday activities, our friendly staff at the Customer Service Center is ready to assist you. You can also purchase gift cards, check out employment opportunities or arrange for a complimentary wheel chair rental. The Customer Service Center is located on the Street Level, across from Centerstage. You can also get help from this service by simply calling 808-955-9517. The Customer Service Center is open Mon-Sat 9:30a.m.-9:00p.m. and Sunday 10:00a.m.-7:00p.m. throughout the holidays.

Buy holiday stamps and send gifts to loved ones at the U.S. Post Office, Street Level. Insider’s tip: Avoid long lines by using the automated postal center, just outside the postal office. There, you can weigh and mail letters and parcels and buy stamps using credit or debit cards for Express Mail, Priority Mail, First-Class Mail and Parcel Post Services. Credit or debit cards only; the service is available 24 hours a day.
