Position: Part-Time Stock Support Associate
- Responsibilities: Process shipments in a timely manner; sales floor replenishment; ensures visual standards are maintained on the sales floor; back of house organization; assist Stock Supervisor with projects by deadlines (Transfers, markdowns, floorset and visual directives); communicates/follow up w/Asst. Manager and Stock Supervisor on task responsibilities; & adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented; proactive; ability to multitask and prioritize; excellent follow up skills; must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.; must be able to navigate through sales floor office and back room; & must be a team player.
- Must be able to work 7-11AM weekdays and available as needed on weekends.

Position: Assistant Manager
- Business: Understands the business of fashion/retail and is able to work with levers/KPI's to analyze and drive the business; leads and inspires by example, encourages ideas and solutions, celebrates the successes of others; provides service that excites and captivates the customer; & seeks ways to build relationships with customers to create regular Juicy clients.
- Sales and Service: In partnership with the Store Manager, ensures store meets/exceeds sales goals; maintain presence through effective floor sales leadership and zoning; respects and deals fairly with employees, vendors, and customers; maintain knowledge of and adhere to all company incentives, promotions, and events.
- Operations: Maintain visual and operational standards of the store and company at all times; ensure brand standards are met from a merchandise and visual perspective; assist in managing store operating procedures and Inventory controls to minimize store losses.
- Team Responsibilities: In partnership with the Store Manager, plan daily agendas to meet business goals; hold team accountable to achieving individualized goals; & adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred; 2-4 years retail managing experience, specialty in clientele environment; 2-4 years customer service experience; fashion product knowledge; effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Physical Requirement: Ability to life and mobilize items up to 75 lbs while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques; ability to be mobile on the sales floor and store for extended periods of time; proven ability to work with retailing operating systems and handle PC and scanning equipment; & proven ability to handle and place merchandise.
