The first step for any retailer interested in leasing a store at Ala Moana is to submit a proposal. Once received, your proposal is reviewed by the Ala Moana Lease Committee. If your store concept is chosen for a leasing opportunity, we would determine an appropriate space and contact you. Only then would we discuss rents.
