Sedona Spa Getaway Official Rules

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND [RHODE ISLAND]) WHO ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES (EXCEPT PUERTO RICO AND [RHODE ISLAND]) AT TIME OF ENTRY.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on March 22, 2010, obtain and complete an Official Registration Form and submit it to the entry boxes at Ala Moana's Customer Service Center, Centerstage, or Mall Level Information booth located at Center Court by close of business on March 28, 2010 (each a "mall entry"). Limit one entry per person. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, illegible, incomplete entries or for technical problems related to, or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the Sweepstakes. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned.

DRAWING: One winner will be selected. A random drawing will take place approximately 45 days after the deadline from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Each winner will be notified by e-mail, or regular mail. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

PRIZE: One grand prize winner will receive a trip for two including roundtrip Hawaiian Airlines tickets for two from nearest gateway city airport to Phoenix, Arizona, accomodations at the Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa for 4 nights based on availability, two 50-minute spa treatments per person at the Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa, and one $500 American Express gift card - subject to terms and conditions of the card. The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, altered or counterfeit gift cards. Total prize value is approximately $2,500. Prizes will not be exchanged for cash equivalent. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the deadline. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes related to the prize. Prizes are non-transferable. Accommodations at the Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa valid Sunday through Thursday only and subject to availability. Spa treatment gratuity not included. Airfare, accommodations, and spa treatments are based upon availability. Blackout dates apply. Not redeemable during holidays or special events. Travel must be completed by March 31, 2011. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner will have 30 days after notification to claim their prize in person at the Customer Service Center in Ala Moana Center. All unclaimed prizes are forfeit.

GENERAL: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with venue in Cook County, Illinois, and all claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts of Cook County, Illinois. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, by the decisions of the judge, and by Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions ; (2) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and their acceptance and/or use/misuse of any prizes; and (3) to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except if winner is a resident of TN or where prohibited by law). All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Information gathered from this sweepstakes may be used to solicit the sale of timeshare by Hilton Grand Vacations Company, LLC in compliance with applicable law. By participating in this promotion, all participants and prize winners agree that Hilton Worldwide, Hilton Grand Vacations Company, their partnerships, subsidiaries and affiliates and each of such entities’ respective officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, illness, litigation or damage that may occur from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico [and Rhode Island]) who are age 21 or older by March 22, 2010. General Growth Properties, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, sweepstakes partners, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and the immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

WINNERS' LIST: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Ala Moana Center Sedona Spa Giveaway, 1585 Kapiolani Blvd., Suite 800, Honolulu, HI 96814, be postmarked by December 31, 2010 and received by January 15, 2011.
