Ala Moana Center introduces the new Shop etc. Gift Cards available in denominations from $20 to $500 and may be used anywhere American Express is accepted. These Gift Cards are available at the Customer Service Center located on the Street Level across from Centerstage. Please be advised we now only accept credit cards for Gift Card purchases. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB are welcome. We apologize, but cash, personal checks or traveler’s checks are no longer accepted. Ala Moana Center’s GGP Gift Cards are still accepted. GGP Gift Cards bought at other GGP Malls are valid at Ala Moana Center.
You may check your Shop etc. gift card balance at any one of 11 gift card balance readers conveniently located throughout the mall, visit www.shopetcgiftcard.com or call toll free 1-800-330-9964.

VALET PARKING
Valet parking is available year-round for Ala Moana Center shoppers on the Mall Level, Mauka Side near Gap. Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Sunday, closed. Cost: $5 per vehicle. Handicap parking available at no cost.
Neiman Marcus provides valet service complimentary for Neiman Marcus customers on the Mall Level, Makai Side. Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
ALA MOANA SHOPPING TROLLEY
Provides convenient transportation between the Center and ten locations in Waikiki. Runs 7 days a week, every 10 minutes. Look for the Pink Line trolleys throughout Waikiki. Pickup at Ala Moana Center is at the Kona Street depot, adjacent to Nordstrom and Ala Moana Boulevard depot. Cost is $2.00 each way, children 3 years and under are free. Please pay fare with exact change on trolley.
