Sales Associate – Balsam Hill Studio (Full-Time)

Location: Ala Moana Center, Honolulu, HI

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join the management team at our Balsam Hill Studio retail store in Oahu, HI. As a full-time Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of creating a magical and welcoming shopping experience for both locals and visitors.

This role plays a key part in supporting the store management team, driving sales, enhancing the customer journey, and maintaining a positive and productive retail environment. From assisting with store opening and closing to ensuring the shop is beautifully merchandised and guest-ready, your presence will help bring the spirit of Balsam Hill to life.

What You’ll Do:

Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring every visitor leaves satisfied
Assist with merchandising, cleaning, and restocking
Gather and relay customer feedback
Help achieve sales targets through effective selling strategies
Support opening and closing duties as needed
Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills

What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of retail experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
A passion for outstanding customer service
Strong sales skills; retail sales experience is a plus
Comfort with iPads, basic computer tasks, and minimal data entry
Flexibility to perform a variety of store-related tasks
Physical Requirements:
Must be available to work onsite for all scheduled shifts
May be required to assemble/disassemble Christmas trees and décor
May need to lift or move items up to 40 lbs

Schedule & Availability:

This is a full-time, in-person role, expected to work 30–40 hours per week.
