Cashier Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Big Island Candies

Big Island Candies manufactures Hawaii’s finest gourmet cookies, chocolates and confections.     

We have a position open for a Part-Time Cashier Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Ala Moana location to contribute to the success of our Retail Team by:

• Ringing up purchases at the register, ensuring this final stage of the store experience is accurate, efficient, informative and engaging;
• Instilling a memorable sense of warmth and sincerity to help inspire return customer visits;
• Exuding a positive, personable disposition with a natural know-how to upsell and boost sales by interacting with customers;
• Assisting in merchandising and inventory management, such as stock rotation; arranging products and store displays;
• Helping with other store-related activities as needed, so an adaptable/flexible nature is essential.
