  • Takes great pride in offering helpful, friendly service at all times
  • Helps ensure all guests are greeted and assisted in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Serves as an expert and primary resource for guests seeking information about the mall, assistance, and store recommendations
  • Develops a thorough understanding of all key services and amenities and possesses the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.
  • In addition to Guest Services office, also provide guests assistance and information throughout the mall, including main entrances, directories and other high traffic areas designated
  • Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with mall retailers
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the mall’s store selection, locations, merchandising, price points, special sales and events
  • Proactively offers recommendations for new/additional services and amenities based on guest feedback, as well as shares guest and retailer feedback with Guest Services Manager
  • Actively participates in all aspects of Guest Service training and all scheduled training programs, team meetings, and mall communications
  • Builds and maintains knowledge of community venues, establishments, businesses, partnerships, events and hotels in order to communicate information to guests
  • Proactively seek ways to resolve a guest issue, utilizing “WOW tools” to win a dissatisfied guest
  • Apologize as appropriate; show empathy and care
  • Answer telephone inquiries in a positive, professional and timely manner
  • Partners with the on-site Property team in carrying out various programs and initiatives (i.e. database collection)

Bilingual with English/Japanese, English/Chinese, or English/Korean preferred
