The boutique Sales Associate must be a true ambassador of the brand and provide every customer with a luxury customer service experience in line with the company’s expectations, consistently striving to overachieve in set KPIs i.e. ATV, UPT, CR and other set targets as per the needs of the store and business.
You must maintain an active, accurate, neat and organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests in order to continually build productive long-term relationships.
You must assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor, by following all company policies and procedures.
