Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in sales generation, operations, client service and human resource functions of the store to ensure maximum profitability.


  • Ensures the Moncler Sales and Service module is executed consistently and personally leads by example
  • Achieves excellent selling performances and results: Store Sales, ADS, UPT, SPH, payroll and inventory
  • Analyzes reports and communicate appropriate information to business partners to maximize business opportunities and improve store profits
  • Effectively teaches, demonstrates and ensures all store staff complies with company initiatives
  • Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management
  • Manage staff performance through productivity reports and coaching daily on performance and supervises sales associates assigned to the store
  • Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation and maintain a professional and productive work environment


  • Previous experience in sales management roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus
  • Proven track record of leadership and sales performance
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts
  • Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset; customer focus
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity; results driven
  • Ability in dealing with people, time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and being adaptable
  • Fluency & sophistication in local language, proficiency in English, another language is a plus
