Drive sales targets through supervising key activities in line with our Burberry behaviors and service expectations. Support Store Management to ensure great customer experiences through on the spot coaching, driving sales performance, opening/closing and POS processes.


  • Coach, assist and motivate sales associates to ensure a luxury client experience supporting the client journey
  • Communicates product knowledge and selling techniques to achieve KPI objectives
  • Lead by example and standard to deliver excellent customer service to customers
  • Sets the bar in customer loyalty and appointment setting for repeat business and achieving individual sales goals
  • Supervises customer flow to ensure the best possible service
  • Coaches in the moment and post client interactions to talk through successes and opportunities and ensure proper follow up on actions
  • Use daily briefings to consistently reinforce key elements of the client journey
  • Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management if necessary
  • Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follows and enforces guidelines on operations
  • Drives the digital experience utilizing digital resources. Assist with opening and securing the store upon closing. Responsible and accountable for store keys. Responsible for cash handling and refund processes

Personal Profile

  • 1-2 years preferred supervisory/sales lead experience
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, results driven and flexible to change
  • Proven ability to drive and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Strong clienteling skills
  • Technical proficiency with SAP, MS applications and Apple products
  • Minimum of 1 year luxury retail experience as a sales associate
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese, Chinese or Korean preferred but not required.
