Goma Tei will be launching their first Spicy Festival during the month of September, introducing different dishes each 10 day period.

September 1–10 will be featuring Spicy Japanese Style “Braised Beef Stew” Udon noodles or Spicy Japanese Style “Braised Beef Stew” Rice. Each dish can be selected for Level 1 to 5 of spicy level . This Japanese style “Braised Beef Stew” is served with a special chili sauce made of dried scallops, steamed cured ham, dried shrimps and fresh red chili pepper.

September 11–20 will be featuring Spicy Mapo Tofu Udon noodles or Spicy Mapo Tofu Rice. Each dish can be selected for Level 1 to 5 of spicy level. This Mapo Tofu dish is served with a special chili sauce made of a broad bean paste imported from Sichuan, garlic, red chili peppers, stir fried gounded beef, and scallions.

September 21–30 will be featuring Spicy Kakuni (Braised Pork Belly) Udon noodles or Spicy Kakuni (Braised Pok Belly) Rice. Each dish can be selected for Level 1 to 5 of spicy level. This Spicy Kakuni (Braised Pok Belly) is served with a special chili sauce made of a apples, sweet peppers, garlic, and red chili peppers.
