Chinese New Year Celebration

Also known as the Lunar New Year, Chinese New Year is an important centuries-old tradition widely celebrated in Hawaii. During Ala Moana Center's 3-day celebration, we welcome you to enjoy family-friendly entertainment, cultural performances, and of course, lion dancing. Plus, encounter the sights and sounds of more than 20 lions spreading good luck and collecting lai see (red money envelopes) from various stores throughout the Center.
