Texas de Brazil is looking for a Full-Time Carver. Summary of Position: The Carver serves meats, interacts with guests, and ensures the highest food quality possible in an efficient, cordial and pleasant manner or service. The Carver strives to provide great service and superior food quality. The Carver position also assists in the preparation of a variety of meats.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides guest satisfaction; primarily achieved by personally serving meats from the gril to the guest
  • Limit waste by exhibiting care/concern in the way the meats are trimmed and prepared
  • Maintain meat preparation standards as per the Texas de Brazil manual and specifications
  • Knowledge of all the allergens/ingredients used in the grill station and can answer guest’s questions regarding same
  • Adhere to Texas de Brazil safety/security polices & regulations in relation to personnel and equipment
  • Committed to excellence, maintaining high standards, is proactive in raising the bar to achieve excellence in food quality and service
  • Must be able to communicate in a polite and professional manner with our guests and co-workers
  • Follows food preparation recipes (not at liberty to change recipes or food preparation without Corporate Operations/Leadership approval)
  • Respectfully refer Corporate Position statements directly to the Corporate Headquarters for comment
  • Arrive in a professional appearance & maintain a clean workspace
  • Operate all equipment safely & report any faulty equipment to Management


  • Previous kitchen experience with basic skill in in cooking & preparing a variety of foods
  • A Carver is an individual who is passionate about Churrasco, Texas de Brazil & hospitality
  • Ability to read/write, understand and follow ALL training/instructions/procedures
